Please sign onto a letter urging the Governor and the California State Legislature to include the Family Urgent Response System, which would provide 24/7 response, so caregivers and kids in foster care can get immediate trauma-informed support when issues arise, in the state budget.

 

Youth in foster care need your support again!

 

It is critical that this coordinated Response System be made available to kids in foster care and their caregivers in order to strengthen their bond and link youth and families to longer-term, community-based supports and services needed to support them and foster a healing environment.

Last spring, more than 610 other Children’s Movement members signed on to a letter in support of FURS.
